What is your cancellation policy?

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

*All clients are given a 10 minute grace period before the appointment is automatically canceled by the service provider. The card on file will then automatically be charged 50% of the total service cost.

If you are looking to book a lash or brow service, coming with no makeup is typically best and is recommended- but i understand sometimes that’s unavoidable.

If you are looking to book a facial service, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, avoid caffeine intake prior to the appointment, stay hydrated, and come prepared to learn about your skin and its needs!

*It is important that all clients come to their appointment prepared to be laying on their back anywhere from 30+ mins- depending on what services are booked.

*BBK is a place of peace not chaos- all appointment timings have an additional 30 mins added onto the appointment length.

This ensures your service provider can stay on time for all clients and the space is ready for you when you arrive. Please plan accordingly!

-the maintenance is simple- wash, brush, & go!

-fills are right around 75-90 mins, so you take 75-90 mins out of your day every 2-3 weeks to save yourself a good 15-20 mins every morning…

*Lash Extensions will never damage your natural lashes as long as they are applied and taken care of properly- this is why going to someone who is educated and will take the time to help guide you is so important.
